Complete flat roof replacement on a residential garage using premium EPDM membrane. The old roof had reached end of life and was replaced with a properly installed, fully warranted system.
Analysis
The existing membrane showed surface cracking and minor pooling. A full tear-off and replacement was recommended to prevent future water intrusion.
Process
Removed old membrane, inspected and repaired deck, installed new EPDM with proper drainage slope, sealed all edges and penetrations
Outcome
New EPDM flat roof installed with proper drainage and manufacturer warranty. No more pooling or leaking.
