Project Overview
New segmental block retaining wall construction with proper drainage, compacted base, and terraced landscaping. The old timber wall was replaced.
Analysis
Old timber wall was grayed and slightly leaning. Replacement was recommended to prevent soil erosion.

Old wall removed, base excavated and compacted, blocks laid with proper setback, drain pipe installed behind wall, cap stones adhered
Outcome
New retaining wall with proper drainage, clean block pattern, and fresh landscaping above.
